"I truly believe in and embody what I am teaching, because I am client zero of Success Habits myself. I grew up in a small town, and although today I emphasize the importance of environment, the surroundings during my upbringing had little to do with a mindset of 'Think Big' or patterns of success.

I developed a strong ambition and spent many years studying, pursuing personal development, coaching, and gaining life experience - in addition to my career as an engineer and team lead role in Tech - to understand and apply the best patterns for mindset transformation and success.

It has brought me to the top 1% of incomes in Germany in my early 30s, but most importantly, to embark on a journey of growth, contribution, abundance, and fulfillment. It is a life designed on my own terms, in which I relentlessly follow my personal mission to transform millions of lives."

Covey, Robert Dilts, Michael Grinder, Tony Robbins, T.Harv Eker, Mickey A. Feher. Besides his academic background, Tilman holds certifications including NLP Practitioner and Master, NLP Coach (x2), Success Mindset Map, and International Coaching Federation (ICF). Institutes where Tilman studied include Tony Robbins Research International, NLP Zentrum Berlin, Alexander Training Munich and Munich Coaching School.

Tilman Resch's professional background includes 5 years at a leading Cloud and AI Provider and 3 years at Siemens AG. Before Bright Minds, Tilman owned the online business PARIS EN ROSE for 7 years (since 2016). Tilman's academic background includes an MBA at Collège des Ingénieurs (Paris, Munich, Torino) and a Masters degree at Mechanical Engineering (WIng) from University of Technology Darmstadt.
